taught by state champion bikini competitor, kickboxer and yogi heather blystone- our yoga and flexibility class focuses on 3 key elements: breath control, flexibility and headspace care. all 3 elements are taught to allow our fighters to strike harder, faster and with more control. we welcome all experience levels to this fun yet challenging class.
