We combine punches and kicks for our highly active Muay Thai class! Muay Thai is a standing combat style that mainly consists of punches and kicks, while avoiding ground movements. Learn the different techniques from our trained coaches, through sparring and bag/pad drills.
Muay Thai played a major contribution in the creation of mixed martial arts and other fighting styles. Our class offers a perfect way to become a well rounded fighter, while getting a fun and intense workout. The class is instructed by our experienced coaches. Sweat and throw some kicks with our Muay Thai class!
