Our adult boxing classes are comprehensive classes with no age limit. No experience is needed for this class and you will quickly learn many boxing techniques with our experienced coaches. In this hour long class you can burn calories and learn self-control as well as self-defense.

Classes typically start with the fundamentals of boxing consisting of jump rope, shadow boxing, basic punches, heavy bag work, speed bag, and mitt work. These classes are led by USA Boxing Certified Coaches.
